Mrs. International Pagent 2008

We had a wonderful time at the Mrs. International Pageant! As sponsors we were impressed with this event’s focus on each participants interview (a full 50% of their overall score) where the women shared their platform. Mrs. International “showcases the accomplishments of today’s married woman.” These amazing, beautiful, big-hearted, brave (hey they had to wear spandex under some seriously bright lights- they are BRAVE!) women volunteer to help a wide range of important causes including helping victims of domestic violence, drug prevention awareness, mentoring girls in sports, childhood obesity and women’s health. We were inspired us to remember our own “platform” and motivated to take the time to give back and make a difference!

I particularly liked Mrs.Connecticut International’s philosophy “The only limits we have in our lives are those we set for ourselves.” You Go Girl!
